Job summary

Arcare Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse in Melbourne to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will support residents with daily living activities and medication administration in a compassionate, values-driven team.

You will work night shifts Fri–Sun 2200–0715, with shift penalties where applicable, and benefit from supportive leadership, development opportunities, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Friendly, clear, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team

About The Role
