Job summary

Lutheran Homes Group in Horsham, Victoria, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care for older residents in a supportive setting.

You will work closely with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to uphold dignity, independence and quality of life while following care plans and ensuring safety and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Empathy, compassion and patience.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Up-to-date vaccinations per health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative working environment

Location: Horsham, Victoria I Hourly Rate - $40.67 – $43.68 + Super

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
