Job summary

Lutheran Homes Group is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our aged care services in Horsham, Victoria. You will work with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support health, independence, and quality of life.

Key duties include administering medications, delivering high-quality nursing care per care plans, monitoring health, and assisting with activities of daily living while promoting choice and dignity. AHPRA registration is required.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Empathy, compassion and patience.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Vaccinations up to date as per health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.

As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.
