Quantium is seeking an Engineering Lead in Sydney to act as the technical and delivery anchor on client engagements, shaping problems and guiding engineering teams. Qualifications

• Consulting engineering background with experience presenting to senior, non-technical clients.
• Strong full stack and/or AI engineering skills with depth to assess quality and guide decisions.
• Experience developing engineers in distributed, project-driven environments.
• Led engagements end-to-end, shaping requirements and measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery across client engagements from scoping to execution and outcomes.
• Represent engineering perspective with senior client stakeholders and translate complexity into clear terms.
• Coach engineers across different engagements through regular check-ins and trust-based leadership.
• Set the standard for engineering quality and make sound architectural trade-offs under time/scope pressure.
• Lead delivery in fast-cycle sprint engagements across client environments.
