Job summary

First Focus IT P/L is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end recruitment across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. You will shape the TA strategy, lead a geographically distributed team and partner with executives to understand and fill critical roles.

You'll stay hands-on for senior technical and hard-to-fill positions while driving process improvements, AI adoption, and employer branding to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech.
• Ability to develop and execute a company-wide TA strategy.
• Strong leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record in finding complex or specialist talent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.
• Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategy and processes.
• Lead, coach and develop a technology-focused TA team.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand needs.
