Job summary

Dreamworld and WhiteWater World are seeking an organised Engineering Systems Coordinator to manage our CMMS and lead shutdowns, maintenance planning and system scheduling across our parks. You’ll coordinate with Maintenance, Operations and contractors to ensure tasks are resourced and delivered safely and on time.

You’ll bring a Bachelor of Engineering and strong CMMS/MS Project experience, with excellent communication and WH&S knowledge to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with CMMS and maintenance planning experience.
• Experience planning maintenance, projects or rebuilds in a fast-paced, heavy machinery environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PowerBI; strong communication and organisational skills; WH&S knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of shutdowns and major maintenance activities.
• Build detailed schedules balancing operations with safety and compliance.
• Manage CMMS including work orders, preventative maintenance and shutdown tasks.
• Prepare shutdown work packages and coordinate contractors and OEMs.
• Support Engineering Change Management and handovers to execution teams.
• Review shutdown outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
