Job summary

Noumi Limited is seeking a Maintenance Administration & Stores Coordinator at our Shepparton site to support maintenance and reliability functions. You will coordinate administrative tasks, process purchase orders in CMMS, and help manage stores and inventory.

The role requires experience in maintenance stores, CMMS (MEX preferred), strong communication, and a current forklift licence. FMCG/manufacturing exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance stores, reliability support, or business administration role.
• Experience using CMMS (e.g., MEX or similar) to manage work orders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is desirable.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Reliability Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and stores activities that support maintenance and reliability functions across the site. This role combines maintenance administration, contractor management, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive operational excellence.

• Generate and process purchase orders through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support maintenance activities and projects.

• Manage and maintain administrative functions within the MEX system.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering and Reliability function.

• Operate forklifts within the engineering and stores areas as required.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a similar role involving maintenance stores, reliability support, or business administration.

• Experience using MEX or a similar Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Current Forklift Licence.

• Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (desirable)
