Kymeta is seeking a Manager, Engineering Project Leader who turns ambitious technology into shippable products. This player-coach role owns one or more high-priority development programs end-to-end while mentoring EPLs across the portfolio.

You will partner with Engineering disciplines, interface with Supply Chain and suppliers to plan, coordinate, and drive execution — thriving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments with strong communication and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Project Management for hardware/software products.
• 2+ years leading, mentoring, or managing project managers/leads.
• Ability to manage large-scale programs end-to-end.
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• PMP certification is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-functional development programs from concept to release.
• Define scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
• Lead risk management and budget tracking across programs.
• Mentor and coach Engineering Project Leaders.
• Report portfolio status and progress to leadership.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and supplier performance.
