Qualifications

• Chartered and RPEQ accreditation (or working towards).
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, designers and multidisciplinary teams, supporting capability development through coaching and mentoring.
• Review and approve key engineering deliverables, including designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality engineering advice for decision-making.
• Manage project resources, discipline work plans, estimates and priorities to support successful outcomes.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and optimisation opportunities across projects and processes.
• Coordinate engineering activities across disciplines to deliver resilient, client-focused solutions.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing team culture built on trust and accountability.
