As an Engineering Manager in our Brisbane office, you’ll lead and coordinate discipline engineering activities across projects and assignments within our Queensland Mining & Resources team. You’ll provide technical leadership, guide multidisciplinary delivery and create an environment where people can perform, develop and contribute their best. Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives. Provide technical leadership to engineers, designers and multidisciplinary project teams, supporting capability development through coaching and mentoring. Review and approve key engineering deliverables, including designs, calculations, drawings and technical documentation. Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality engineering advice that informs decision-making. Manage project resources, discipline work plans, estimates and priorities to support successful project outcomes. Drive innovation, continuous improvement and optimisation opportunities across projects and engineering processes. Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines to deliver resilient, practical and client-focused solutions.
