Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor a team of engineers across disciplines, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Drive technical excellence and innovation, maintaining high standards for code quality and architecture.

• Ensure operational excellence with robust monitoring, incident management, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication with product, design, and operations to inform stakeholders.
