Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Congestion Modelling/Grid Connections and Compliance team in WA. You will drive engineering capability, governance and risk management to support network planning and operations.

Reporting to the Group Manager System Engineering, you will build processes, manage resource allocation and deliver high-quality engineering outcomes aligned with AEMO's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technical or engineering teams.
• Experience with workforce planning and capability development.
• Strong governance, risk management and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience in energy or regulated industries advantageous.
