Qualifications

• Led a multidisciplinary engineering squad responsible for customer-facing products in production.
• Strong native iOS or Android expertise with Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java.
• Practical breadth across APIs and backend services, ideally including .NET/C# or Node.js.
• Ability to guide architecture and trade-offs across mobile, web and backend layers.
• Proven experience coaching engineers and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad of iOS, Android and backend engineers delivering end-to-end experiences.
• Set technical direction across native mobile, web, APIs and backend services.
• Own critical features including notifications and inbox capabilities and API readiness.
• Stay hands-on in architecture, solutioning, proof-of-concepts and delivery work.
• Grow an inclusive culture and coach engineers with clear feedback.
