Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large engineering organisations (~70+ people) in a complex enterprise.
• Track record building high-performing engineering cultures with strong ownership across teams.
• Hands-on depth to challenge designs and influence architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native microservices and API-led architectures.
• Delivery of AI/GenAI initiatives into real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organisation with ownership culture.
• Shape technology roadmap for Complaints and Operations capabilities.
