St John of God Subiaco Hospital is seeking an Administration Officer for the Engineering Department in a permanent role. We offer both permanent full-time and permanent part-time opportunities; please indicate your preferred arrangement when applying.

You will provide high‑level administrative support, manage office systems, prepare documents and reports, and onboarding of contractors, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar admin role.
• Strong MS Office, email and internet skills.
• Ability to learn and operate Engineering CM systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support to the Engineering Department.
• Establish and manage effective office management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times.
• Ensure adequate supply of educational materials/manuals.
• Produce accurate documents, reports, presentations, and minutes.
• Draft Purchase Orders and variations to contracts.
• Complete coding of invoices accurately and timely.
• Raise Work Orders in Oracle Fusion and allocate jobs.
• Onboard Contractors and Suppliers.
• Manage electronic document storage and access control.
• Coordinate department meetings and secretarial duties.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
