St John of God Health Care is seeking an organised Administrative Officer to support the Safety, Quality and Risk (SQR) team in Subiaco. You will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare documents, handle correspondence, and maintain confidential records with professionalism.

The role offers flexibility to be filled full-time or part-time, with a focus on supporting safety and quality initiatives in healthcare and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifikationen

• Highly organised, professional and proactive Administrative Officer
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to draft letters and memos
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office and records management

Aufgaben

• Provide full secretarial support for the Safety and Quality team and governance committees
• Prepare agendas, collate reports, take minutes and track actions
• Manage committee meeting schedules and annual reporting requirements
• Handle correspondence and inquiries with discretion
• Organise departmental records, filing systems and office supplies
