About the Project

The Eva Copper Mine Project is located on the traditional lands of the Kalkadoon People in Northwest Queensland, approximately 75 km north-west of Cloncurry and about 95 km north-east of Mount Isa. About the Role

Thiess is currently recruiting a Project Engineer - Civil for our Eva Copper Mine Project, located on the traditional lands of the Kalkadoon People, 75 kilometres north of Cloncurry and 95 kilometres north-east of Mount Isa. This role is being offered as a max-term contract of between 12-18 months, providing a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new project!

As a key member of the Eva Copper Alliance team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality mine planning and mine engineering processes to support safe, efficient operations and ensure our workforce meets Thiess and industry standards. Working a 2/1 roster and reporting to the Senior Project Engineer, your duties will include:
