Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with Developer Platform products and how customers use them.
• Experience in a customer-facing support role with strong communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot HTTP, DNS, and other networking issues.
• Experience with web development language such as JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Cloudflare Developer Platform products (Workers, Pages, KV, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues across support channels (email, chat, phone).
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to ensure reliable global network performance.
