Zusammenfassung

CMSPI is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements from delivery to commercial outcomes. You will guide junior staff, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with the Account Leader to expand value with current clients.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a focus on high-quality outputs and measurable client impact. Based in Sydney, the role uses a hybrid model with in-office presence required several days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or related; graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in consulting, customer success or account management of enterprise clients.
• Advanced competency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with analytics tools is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of client engagements and ensure outputs meet time, budget and quality standards.
• Manage relationships across client teams and CMSPI stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with PMO and senior leaders to resource projects and monitor progress.
• Produce premium analysis, recommendations and client-facing outputs with measurable business impact.
• Support sales discussions and identify opportunities for additional value within engagements.
