Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing large or multiple recruitment and sourcing teams.
• Strong capabilities in operational and service delivery management with KPI ownership.
• Proven commercial and financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting to guide decisions.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and transformational changes.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tech and sourcing tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing recruitment and sourcing teams.
• Communicate objectives, priorities, and updates across the team.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and engagement activities.

• Monitor account health, forecasts, risks, and trends using data insights.
