Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate/Engagement Manager for Performance Transformation in Australia. You will lead client engagements, shape strategies, and drive cross-functional delivery with Partners, leveraging best practices and deep industry knowledge.

In this role, you’ll mentor junior staff, manage complex programs, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining high-quality client outcomes. A strong travel-ready mindset and hybrid work availability are expected.

Qualifications

• +4 years in strategy and management consulting, delivering transformation programs.
• Experience in Energy & Resources: Mining & Metals or Power/Utilities/Renewables is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem solving with mature judgement.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and present clear recommendations.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of small teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and client relationships, partnering with senior leaders.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.
• Guide clients across the commercial process, becoming trusted advisors.
• Identify new opportunities and expand engagements with clients.
• Develop intellectual capital through thought leadership and cross-topic knowledge.
• Lead firm-building activities and model firm values.
