Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant (Energy) in Melbourne. You will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and match them to the right energy plan while working toward sales targets.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with incentives and staff perks. You will be onsite at South Yarra, with training and development to support success.

Formación

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Clear, warm communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and digital tools.
• Results-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls and turn enquiries into sales.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend plans.
• Explain pricing and conditions clearly in line with energy requirements.
• Meet/exceed targets while maintaining call quality.
• Manage customer journey across multiple systems from first call to sale.
