Job summary

Goal Indigenous Services seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the energy solutions client base in Rowville, Melbourne. You will lead acquisition and management of Commercial & Industrial accounts, delivering tailored proposals and building lasting relationships.

Utilise CRM tools to track opportunities, educate clients on solar, battery and LED options, and present energy savings benefits to drive growth.

Qualifications

Driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Confident, proactive communicator with a results focus.
High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Acquire new Commercial & Industrial clients via lead databases and prospecting.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Manage and convert inbound and outbound commercial leads.
Deliver tailored proposals and energy solutions aligned to client goals.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
Use CRM tools to manage daily workflow and reporting.
Prepare client presentations highlighting energy savings and sustainability benefits.
Educate clients on energy efficiency options including solar, battery and LED.
