Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in business development, sales, lead generation, appointment setting or similar role.
• Demonstrated outbound prospecting and ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Proven experience developing and winning commercial or industrial energy projects.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with solar PV, battery storage and renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new solar and Battery business opportunities across commercial, industrial, government and renewables sectors.
• Develop and maintain targeted prospect lists and undertake outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Book and conduct meetings with prospects, supporting the Senior BDM.
• Create high-quality pre-meeting briefs and structured handovers.
• Maintain pipeline and advance opportunities through sales stages.
