Job summary

GHD is expanding its renewables and power generation capability, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major energy projects in Australia from our Brisbane or Melbourne offices. You will work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading energy, power generation or major infrastructure projects from development through delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major energy projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams across sites and offices.
• Manage safety, scope, programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Develop proposals, budgets and delivery programmes for execution-phase work.
• Mentor team members and foster a practical, collaborative culture.
