GHD Group in Australia is seeking an Energy Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our Victoria & Tasmania energy market. You will lead wind, solar and battery storage projects through development, approvals and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to progress from concept to investment decision.

The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, client engagement and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across states.

Qualifications

• Broad renewable energy project development lifecycle from concept to FID.
• Strong technical, environmental, planning and commercial delivery understanding.
• Proven project management capability leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and commercial capabilities with established relationships.
• Ideally RPEV or equivalent professional registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead wind, solar and battery energy storage projects from early development through delivery.
• Identify development risks and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to mitigate them.
• Act as Project Engineer, and as needed Project Manager for complex assignments.
• Collaborate with developers, asset owners, contractors and market participants to create client value.
• Identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships to position GHD early in project lifecycles.
• Lead proposals and assemble technical specialists to deliver integrated, commercially sound solutions.
