EnerMech is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team, providing essential administrative and project support across multiple sites, including local, interstate, and offshore operations.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and offers variety across procurement, documentation and travel logistics, supporting project teams and managing timesheets for timely submissions, while assisting with QHSE documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project or site administration role.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Navision experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project teams across WA, NT, and offshore
• Manage timesheet ensuring timely submissions
• Assist with QHSE documentation and compliance
• Maintain documentation including pre-starts, management files, client records, and travel docs
• Procurement Support - manage supplier invoice, raising POs and receipts
• Booking flights and accommodation
