Job summary

EnerMech is a leading specialist engineering services company delivering integrated solutions for complex energy, infrastructure projects and operating assets. The role involves supporting project teams across WA, NT and offshore, with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and varied daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have site administration experience, strong time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Navision a bonus), and excellent communication to liaise across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project or site administration role (ideally within energy, engineering or construction)
• Strong time management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Navision experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication skills liaising across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project teams across WA, NT, and offshore
• Manage timesheets ensuring timely submissions
• Assist with QHSE documentation and compliance
• Maintain documentation including pre-starts, project files, client records and travel docs
• Procurement support – manage supplier invoices, POs and receipts
• Booking flights and accommodation
