Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced Energy Divisional Manager to lead its Energy business across Oceania. You will set strategic direction, drive profitable growth, and develop high-performing teams in a capital equipment environment, transitioning traditional industries toward decarbonisation technology.

The role focuses on thermodynamic process solutions, heat exchangers, and separation technologies within HVAC, mining, petrochemicals, data centers, and industrial processing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in process engineering, industrial manufacturing, or technical OEM environments with strong commercial exposure.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for strategy, people, and financial performance within a capital equipment or technical solutions business.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, separation, or fluid handling across industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to drive growth and transformation in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strong customer focus with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders, EPCs, and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe, sustainable, and compliant organisational culture.
• Deliver profitable growth across the Energy process equipment business in Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and execute a divisional strategy aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Drive capital equipment sales and business development across core markets and strategic accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales and engineering organisation.
• Collaborate with Service, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Global Energy teams to deliver engineered solutions.
