Job summary

Unisys in Canberra, Australia is seeking a mid-level Endpoint Management specialist. You will provide focused support for endpoints across an assigned organization, manage work orders in a structured ticket system, and diagnose issues to kick off problem management workflows.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Baseline clearance required with ability to attain NV1.

Responsibilities

Provides Endpoint Management support and services for an assigned organization, location, or function.
Manages work orders, problems, or tasks within a structured ticket management system.
Performs appropriate diagnostics to initiate problem management workflow process.
Provides workstation and device training support for associates.
Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and issues.
Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards, and technologies / frameworks.
Plans, designs, implements, and maintains endpoint solutions for various platforms and devices.
Maintains and updates operations manual and contractual reports.
Acts as initial 3rd level escalation point to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.
