Job summary

Endotherapeutics in Australia is seeking an experienced medical device sales professional to promote and support our Endoscopy portfolio across Western Australia and South Australia. You will engage theatre teams, deliver demonstrations, and provide clinical support to drive adoption.

You should be comfortable travelling extensively, building strong key relationships, and developing territory and call plans while maintaining Salesforce records and collaborating with the BU Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role.
• Theatre experience is essential.
• Endoscopy experience is highly regarded.
• Confidence building close, trusted customer relationships.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre.
• Strong territory planning and time management skills.
• Tenacious, collaborative and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Achieving territory targets
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Delivering product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service education
• Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Developing and executing territory and call plans
• Maintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM
