Job summary

Stryker seeks an Associate Territory Manager – Endoscopy in Brisbane to join a leading medical technology company. You will partner with Territory Managers to grow the Endoscopy portfolio and support clinicians in theatres and procedure rooms while developing commercial skills for a rewarding career in MedTech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Preferred: background in healthcare, allied health, nursing or life sciences; knowledge of anatomy, surgery and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Managers to drive sales growth and increase market share in Endoscopy.
• Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships.
• Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres and procedure rooms.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support.
• Travel across Brisbane and greater Queensland as required.
