Job summary

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking an APS5 End User Services Specialist in Perth to deliver specialist end user computing support across the Commission. You will focus on resolving escalated issues, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with Digital teams to improve service quality and user experience.

The role requires strong Microsoft 365 administration, advanced troubleshooting, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience providing escalated (second level) tech support within the past 3 years.
• Strong troubleshooting for networks, hardware/software, peripherals and OS.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management.
• Ability to log, triage, document resolutions and maintain support records.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial escalation point for incidents and requests from internal teams.
• Provide technology support for office locations and onsite coverage as needed.
• Perform advanced fault finding for hardware, OS, apps, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with deployment, configuration and maintenance of end user devices and apps.
• Support events and VIPs with digital tech needs when required.
• Contribute to rollout activities and technology improvements.
• Log interactions using ITSM tooling and maintain support documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and project-related activities.
