Canon Business Services is hiring an End User Services Engineer VIC to join the Service Desk team in Melbourne. The role covers first and second line support, remote troubleshooting, triage and escalation, delivering a seamless technology experience for users across on-site and remote environments.

You will administer Microsoft 365, support Intune-driven devices, manage Entra ID/Azure AD and contribute to continuous improvement while engaging with enterprise customers from the CBS ANZ team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 1/2 IT support in a corporate/Managed Services setting.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and user support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Intune endpoint management and modern device management.
• Excellent Windows 11 troubleshooting and support skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Deliver onsite and remote support while meeting service levels.
• Manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments and user access.
• Support Intune-managed devices, deployment and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 endpoint environments.
• Assist with Entra ID user and device management.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and end users.
