Canon Business Services is hiring an End User Services Engineer VIC to join the Service Desk team in Melbourne. The role covers first and second line support, remote troubleshooting, triage and escalation, delivering a seamless technology experience for users across on-site and remote environments.
You will administer Microsoft 365, support Intune-driven devices, manage Entra ID/Azure AD and contribute to continuous improvement while engaging with enterprise customers from the CBS ANZ team.

As part of the Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, remote troubleshooting, triage, resolution and escalating issues when required. Acting as the face of Canon Business Services within the customer environment, you will deliver exceptional service, resolve technical issues and ensure a seamless technology experience for users. You will work across both remote and onsite support, helping maintain a secure, reliable and productive workplace technology environment. The role will operate from our South Melbourne office and require visiting customer sites in CBD, Hawthorn, Moorabbin.
This role requires a blend of strong customer service capability and solid technical foundations, with the confidence to operate in a fast‑paced managed services environment. Success in this position requires a genuine customer‑first mindset, a broad technical skill set and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. You will need to be organised, detail oriented and proactive in your approach to problem solving. Possessing hands on experience with Intune and Kandji MDM for cross‑platform device is highly essential. Key Skills and Experience include:
