Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst / End User Computing Engineer to join a high-performing technology team in Canberra. The role focuses on secure endpoint management and enterprise mobility using Intune and Entra ID.

You will support end users, manage mobile devices, identity services and endpoint security, working onsite with a strong emphasis on collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. 5+ years in EUC roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar end-user computing or endpoint management role.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment and security.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access and RBAC.
• Experience managing Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage Android mobile devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, including authentication policies, conditional access, identity governance and group management.
• Manage Azure services supporting Intune, Entra ID and secure connectivity solutions.
• Configure application protection policies, compliance policies, security baselines and endpoint security controls.
• Troubleshoot complex issues relating to endpoint security, mobile devices, Intune and Entra ID.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records and operational procedures.
• Assist end users with IT-related incidents, requests and service provisioning activities.
