Job summary

Client 1 is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join a high-profile Federal Government program in Canberra. The role focuses on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Android device management and endpoint security to deliver a modern endpoint management environment.

The contract is 12 months, onsite with a minimum of 4 days per week, starting in November 2026. NV1 eligible and Australian citizenship is required to support secure government operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of MDM, Android device management, and CA policies.
• Experience in enterprise or government environments and PowerShell automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Android devices using Intune MDM.
• Administer Entra ID including Conditional Access and device registration.
• Manage Azure services supporting Intune and Entra ID.
• Configure device compliance policies and security baselines.
• Troubleshoot Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint issues.

Endpoint Engineer (Microsoft Intune & Entra ID)

Canberra, ACT | 12-Month Contract | NV1 Eligible | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to join a high-profile Federal Government program in Canberra. This role will play a key part in delivering and supporting a secure, modern endpoint management environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Android device management and endpoint security.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on engineer who enjoys working across modern workplace technologies, endpoint management and device security within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and manage Android mobile devices using Microsoft Intune MDM capabilities.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, device registration, authentication policies and identity governance.
• Manage Azure services supporting Intune, Entra ID and endpoint connectivity solutions.
• Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines and endpoint protection controls.
• Support application deployment and mobile device management initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex issues relating to Intune, Entra ID, endpoint security and mobile devices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and configuration records.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support ongoing endpoint modernisation initiatives.

Security Requirements

• Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, an NV1 Security Clearance.
• Australian Citizenship is required.
