Job summary

BPA Early Learning in Melbourne’s western suburbs is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for educators, teachers, and support roles. You will post ads, source candidates, screen, interview, reference checks, make offers and manage contracts, while implementing our recruitment strategy and ensuring compliance.

The role requires coordinating with multiple centres across Deer Park and surrounding areas, frequent travel to interview venues, and building assessment

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing or using structured assessment tools such as interview guides and scoring criteria.
• Willingness to travel to multiple centres/kindergartens for interviews and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads and proactively source candidates.
• Manage recruitment campaigns and screening processes.
• Conduct phone screens, shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Perform background/reference checks and manage offers and contracts.
• Lead implementation of recruitment strategy and ensure compliance.
• Develop assessment materials and system content for hiring processes, including ATS integration with Employment Hero.
