Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in a remote, part-time capacity. You will own end-to-end candidate experience from screening to offer, while supporting a growing network of childcare centres.

You’ll screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage pre-employment checks, serving as the main contact for candidates. A minimum of 3 years in recruitment is required; childcare experience is preferred and WWC/Blue

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience hiring multiple roles weekly is preferred.
• Childcare or teaching sector experience is highly regarded.
• Experience using Employment Hero is advantageous.
• Willingness to obtain Blue Card (WWC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates with prompt, warm communication.
