Job summary

Stake is an Australian investing platform seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People team in Sydney. You will own end‑to‑end hiring across roles and divisions, starting with Operations and Customer Success, partnering with hiring managers to define success and build smart sourcing strategies.

You’ll leverage data, AI, and automation to accelerate recruitment while delivering a candidate experience that reflects Stake’s values. The role is hybrid, with three days in our Sydney office.

Qualifications

• You’ve delivered full‑cycle recruitment in an in‑house, agency or embedded environment.
• You’re a strong sourcer who enjoys finding exceptional people and building talent communities.
• You understand business needs and can influence hiring directions with evidence.
• You use ATS, sourcing tools and recruitment data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring across a diverse portfolio of roles and divisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage focused hiring processes.
• Lead candidate experience from brief to offer and deliver timely outcomes.
• Build proactive pipelines by mapping target markets and engaging passive talent.
