Job summary

Metro Trains Sydney Pty is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead 360 recruitment for Corporate and Engineering roles. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience and act as a trusted business partner.

This four‑month temporary contract offers a hybrid work setup (3 days on-site, 2 days working from home). Our Tallawong head office provides free parking, with easy access to the Tallawong Metro.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house corporate environments.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple teams.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Corporate and Engineering roles.
• Provide consultative recruitment advice to hiring managers.
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Proactively source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to build talent pools.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system efficiently.
