Legal Aid NSW is recruiting Talent Acquisition Advisor roles, ongoing and temporary, at Clerk Grade 7/8, with a minimum salary of $116,981.00 negotiable on experience plus superannuation. The roles are based in Sydney, with flexible ways of working supported.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for an assigned portfolio and help hiring managers turn workforce needs into well‑run processes, advising on pathways, advertising, assessment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in complex environments.
• Ability to advise on pathways, advertising, assessment and selection.
• Strong candidate management, service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for assigned portfolio roles, on time and accurately.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment pathways, advertising options and assessment methods.
• Support internal workforce movement, including expressions of interest and redeployment.
• Coordinate candidate, panel and hiring manager activity, ensuring timely progress.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate communication records.
• Identify recruitment risks and process improvements, escalating as needed.
• Use recruitment data and systems to track progress and improve delivery.
• Collaborate with People Services & Support to ensure smooth onboarding.
