Job summary

Amey Australia, formerly Premise, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Brisbane on a full-time basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from approval to onboarding, engaging with hiring managers and candidates to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Based in Brisbane, you’ll support multiple business areas, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management with leaders across the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from approval and advertising through to offer and onboarding.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and proactive search methods.
• Screen applications, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a professional and positive recruitment experience.
• Conduct reference checks and liaise with HR to prepare employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in our ATS
