Job summary

Agri-Labour Australia is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and support the delivery of effective workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with experience in recruitment, labour hire or related roles.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment or related customer-facing role.
• Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Recruitment or related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to identify and document recruitment requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Publish job advertisements per client specs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
• Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks.
• Assess and match candidates to client criteria and provide recommendations.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Provide information on employment opportunities, requirements and conditions.
• Negotiate offers, terms and placement dates with clients and candidates.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, candidates and stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment activities and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and onboarding documents.
• Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and policies.
