Job summary

Amey Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis. You will own end-to-end recruitment from first approval to onboarding, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with hiring managers across the business, source candidates via multiple channels, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from approval to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and proactive search.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment records in ATS.
