Job summary

CivilSafe in Bankstown, NSW, is seeking a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator to own the end-to-end order and supply process from sales to delivery and invoicing. You will manage inventory, freight, and cost control, keeping the fulfilment board current and accurate.

Key responsibilities include converting won sales to orders, raising POs, booking freight, cost management, warehouse receipt and dispatch, and weekly stock and PO reporting. This is a permanent full-time role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (essential).
• Hands-on experience with Cin7 or similar inventory/ERP system (essential).
• Freight booking and costed consignments experience.
• Purchasing or procurement experience: raise POs, chase suppliers, manage dates.
• Strong attention to detail: identify missing cost or open PO.
• Organised and self-directed: owns the process end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Convert won sales into orders in inventory/order management system and update delivery dates.
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier lead times, invoices and costs.
• Book and cost freight, confirm deliveries and manage local runs.
