Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for our Sydney head office.

This role is the single point of accountability for everything that physically moves in and out of Morse Micro Pty Ltd — customer and sample shipments of application products, inbound raw materials and components, internal transfers between our global sites, and high-value RF and lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, Incoterms and HS code classification.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and order transactions.
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role: goods receiving, picking and packing, put-away and stocktakes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as the sole logistics owner on site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for Sydney head office, including outbound shipments and customer fulfilment.
• Oversee goods receiving, inbound logistics and stock put-away at head office.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts and internal transfers across global sites.
• Coordinate capital equipment movement, packing, insurance, and customs clearance.
• Configure NetSuite and automate logistics processes to scale with the business.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL partners to optimize cost and service.
