Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for our Sydney head office. You will manage outbound shipments, inbound receiving, and inter-site transfers, while developing processes and ERP-based automation to scale the function.

The role requires hands-on warehousing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with global teams across APAC, North America, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance, Incoterms and HS code classification.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory and order transactions.
• Comfort with physical aspects of the role: goods receiving, picking/packing, put-away and stocktakes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously as the sole logistics owner on site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics for Sydney head office, including outbound shipments to customers and sample dispatches.
• Manage inbound logistics including receiving, put-away and inventory control; coordinate inter-office transfers and customs/documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international movement of high-value RF/lab equipment; liaise with carriers, insurers and customs for import/export.
• Configure ERP/NetSuite logistics to automate transactions and improve data accuracy; develop procedures and policies.
