Job summary

Morse Micro is seeking a Logistics & Operations Specialist to own end-to-end logistics for our Sydney head office. This role is the single point of accountability for everything that moves in and out of Morse Micro Pty Ltd — shipments, inbound materials, internal transfers and high‑value RF equipment.

You will configure NetSuite, negotiate freight, build processes and vendor relationships to scale Morse Micro’s logistics function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
3+ years in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
Experience with import/export docs, customs clearance, Incoterms and HS codes.
Hands-on ERP/MRP experience for inventory and order transactions.
Autonomous, on-site logistics ownership with strong organization.

Responsibilities

Own outbound shipments, pick/pack and dispatch to customers domestically and internationally.
Process sales orders, free-of-charge (FOC) sample requests, and marketing/shipment needs.
Prepare export documents and manage carrier bookings and tracking.
Receive goods, verify against POs, and record receipts in the ERP system.
Maintain stock locations and perform cycle counts and stocktakes.
Coordinate domestic/international movement of capital equipment and manage customs, insurance and ATA carnets.
Configure NetSuite logistics, troubleshoot ERP issues, and develop procedures.
