Job summary

Advanced Navigation in Sydney is seeking a senior Warehouse Logistics specialist to own end-to-end operations including outbound shipping, inbound receiving, freight and customs compliance, and stock management for the manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate between Warehouse, Procurement and Production to ensure stock accuracy, traceability and timely delivery of high-value electronics components, while guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift licence.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Management is highly regarded.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics or inventory management in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite or SAP.
• Experience with high value stock, stock locations, storage, and packing.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound shipping for high-value electronics from pick list to delivery.
• Locate stock within warehouse and pick/pack with strict packaging requirements.
• Print/attach labels and critical quality documentation.
• Resolve shipping errors and relay learnings to packing procedures.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and revenue ops to resolve delivery issues.
